Shipping and Logistics Coordinator
FVSP
Coordinate shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment at Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry in British Columbia, with weekend availability required.
This full-time position supports daily warehouse and shipping operations for FVSP, a family-owned poultry company serving Lower Mainland customers. You will pick orders, handle products, organize storage areas, and communicate with Order Desk, Sales, and Production. The role also provides Order Desk backup when required, including entering orders and printing delivery documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders accurately
Check product codes, quantities, weights, and shipment details
Load, unload, and move products using approved equipment
Complete shipping, inventory, and transfer documentation
Follow food-safety, cold-chain, and workplace-safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer areas
Weekend availability and safe physical warehouse capability
Bring accurate order handling, warehouse coordination, and inventory skills to Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry’s shipping operations.
