As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while coaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team. You will manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, budgeting, performance planning, and sales results. The role also includes hiring, onboarding, training, merchandising, and solving floor-level business and customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily retail and salon operations
Coach teams toward sales and service goals
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and budgeting
Maintain clean, stocked, beautifully merchandised salon spaces
Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum five years of retail leadership experience
Success leading teams and driving sales performance
Strong inventory, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting background
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
Bring accountable leadership, operational expertise, and memorable customer service to Chatters’ Fraser Valley salon and retail team.
