Child and Youth Program Supervisor

Lead child and youth programs at the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka through quality service, staff supervision, and safe participant experiences.
As Supervisor, Child & Youth, you will manage programs and services aligned with YMCA standards, member needs, and strategic directions. You will monitor participation, retention, quality, and effectiveness while supporting a service-oriented environment. The role includes team leadership, budgeting, communication, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop programs and services using YMCA standards and best practices
Monitor participation, retention, quality, and program effectiveness
Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate, and mentor staff and volunteers
Manage departmental budgets and address significant fiscal variances
Maintain participant safety and customer-facing program leadership
Requirements:
Degree or diploma
Minimum two years supervisory program delivery experience
Experience working in community programs
Standard First Aid and CPR C
Healthy child and adolescent development knowledge
Bring program leadership, staff development, budgeting, and child-focused service skills to the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka.
