Paid On-Call Firefighter — Train, Respond, Make an Impact
NorthTek Rescue Inc.
Leduc County is seeking paid on-call firefighters for its Nisku, New Sarepta, Calmar, Thorsby and Warburg stations. Successful applicants complete a 14-week, 120-hour recruit course before receiving a casual offer and starting a one-year probation.
Minimum 2 hours pay per emergency call and minimum 3 hours pay per weekly training/maintenance night; recruit course unpaid (rates in county compensation document).
