Hospitality Reservations Sales Coordinator

Apply hospitality sales and reservations expertise at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, serving guests through calls, email, and in-person communication.
As a full time, year round Reservations Coordinator, you will handle guest inquiries, bookings, requests, payments, and follow-up. Reporting to the Sales & Guest Relations Manager, you will maintain accurate reservation details and guest records. The position also supports weekly reports, communication flow, rebookings, and customer care. Candidates need three to five years of customer service, reservations, and sales experience. Strong hospitality knowledge, professional telephone and email communication, and effective sales closing skills are required. Resort booking software, customer relationship management software, Microsoft Teams, and Excel are part of the stated technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve guests through telephone, email, and in-person communication
Provide product and service information to potential guests
Enter guest data and update profiles with special requests
Apply discounts, post payments, and prepare cash out reports
Follow up on credits, departures, inquiries, and rebooking opportunities
Requirements:

Three to five years of relevant customer service, reservations, and sales experience
Demonstrated sales practices and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to close sales through incoming and outgoing calls
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Knowledge of ski industry practices and hospitality operations
Use sales judgment, reservation systems, and thoughtful follow-up to support guests and bookings throughout the year.
