Help make Indigo a happy place for customers through warm service, merchandise support, and product knowledge during a seasonal assignment.
As a seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will contribute to Indigo’s customer-centered store experience. You will receive merchandise, conduct cycle counts, manage returns, and apply merchandising standards. You will also seek product and promotion information while supporting customer and colleague safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Create warm, welcoming store environments for customers
Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage returns
Receive and process incoming store merchandise
Apply merchandising standards across the store
Seek information about products, promotions, and programs
Requirements:
Commitment to exceptional employee and customer experiences
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Availability for overnights or early mornings if required
Ability to use equipment and safe lifting techniques
French and English required in Québec positions
Use dependable service, merchandise handling, and customer experience skills to support Indigo’s seasonal store operations.
