Become a part-time Shift Coordinator with Interior Health at East Kootenay Regional Hospital, Cranbrook, BC. This role supports hospital operations with a focus on patient-centered care.
As a Shift Coordinator, you'll engage in leadership tasks, coordinating staffing resources and optimizing patient flow. This position requires experienced nurses skilled in communication and problem-solving to navigate the challenges of hospital operations during rotating shifts. Your contributions will help ensure high standards of care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff allocation and patient care processes
• Serve as a resource for clinical problem-resolution
• Facilitate bed utilization during shifts
• Promote patient-centered initiatives within the team
• Uphold excellence in care throughout shifts
Requirements:
• Registered nurse with BCCNM registration
• Three years related clinical experience
• Supervisory experience of two years preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Knowledge of complex healthcare systems
Support quality patient care while fostering a collaborative atmosphere in scenic Cranbrook.
