Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely processing of vendor invoices within Ramp
• Manage communication for payment inquiries and employee reimbursements
• Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain audit trails
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and vendor records
• Enforce policy adherence and improve financial workflows
Requirements:
• 2+ years in accounts payable or financial operations
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems
• Solid understanding of US/local tax requirements
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
