Senior Accounts Payable Specialist SAP

Manage high-volume accounts payable in Mississauga using SAP and full-cycle invoice processing. This contract role requires independent, accurate work.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional for a stand-alone contract opportunity. The position covers invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and payment issue resolution. Hands-on SAP experience is required for maintaining financial information and supporting daily AP operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable activities
Review invoices, approvals, documentation, and general ledger coding
Complete three-way matching for purchase orders and invoices
Process scheduled payment runs, including cheque runs
Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items
Requirements:
Experience as an Accounts Payable professional
Hands-on SAP experience
Ability to work independently in a stand-alone role
Accuracy processing invoices and payments on time
Ability to resolve discrepancies and unmatched transactions
