Key Responsibilities:

Process complex transactions and authorized overrides accurately
Meet established service-level requirements for operational work
Respond to partner requests and make authorized adjustments
Analyze root causes and recommend process improvements
Share knowledge and guide colleagues through operational training
Requirements:

One or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of operational policies and regulations
Understanding of operational risks and anti-money laundering requirements
Knowledge of business continuity requirements
Ability to support workload and operational process changes
