Cutter Grind Production Supervisor Longueuil

Guide cutter-grind operations in Longueuil for Pratt & Whitney Canada, combining machining knowledge with safety, quality, and delivery oversight.
This full-time, exclusively onsite Production Supervisor assignment runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. You will report to the Senior Manager of MED and Tooling Services within the Longueuil Manufacturing Center. Your leadership will support specialized cutting-tool manufacturing, standard-tool re-sharpening, and engine programs with tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cutter-grind department operations
Apply measures supporting performance, quality, delivery, and costs
Communicate with engineering, programming, maintenance, and specialists
Reduce non-quality and increase department efficiency
Facilitate change management and employee engagement
Requirements:
Minimum five years relevant manufacturing experience
Minimum three years supervising manufacturing employees
DEC or bachelor's degree
Knowledge of manufacturing, programming, machining, and 5S
Comfort with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Bring production leadership, machining knowledge, and change-management capability to Pratt & Whitney Canada’s cutter-grind department.
