Senior Accident Benefits Claims Advisor

Interpret policy wording and manage complex Accident Benefits claims remotely for Allstate’s Ontario team, using critical thinking and strong communication.
As a Senior Claim Advisor, Accident Benefits, you will handle complex to non-catastrophic first-party injury claims. Reporting to the Manager, Casualty Claims Complex AB, you will determine coverage, set reserves, investigate claims, and resolve customer problems. This fully remote position serves Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret policy wording and determine Accident Benefits coverage
Set reserves for assigned Accident Benefits claims
Investigate, negotiate, and settle moderate-to-high complexity claims
Document files thoroughly and follow claims guidelines
Communicate professionally with claimants, vendors, and medical professionals
Requirements:
Two to four years of Ontario Accident Benefits experience
Experience must be outside the Minor Injury Guideline
Strong critical thinking and claims assessment skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Use Accident Benefits expertise, customer service, and sound judgment to resolve injury claims as Allstate’s Senior Claims Advisor.
