International Payroll Team Lead

Lead international payroll operations at EllisDon using compliance expertise and advanced Excel skills across multiple payrolls and jurisdictions. Support accurate, timely processing.
As Payroll Team Lead, International, you will oversee payroll processing, approvals, reconciliations, deadlines, and issue resolution. You will guide Payroll Administrators while supporting implementations, compliance, audits, reporting, and process improvements. The role requires strong payroll legislation knowledge, unionized payroll experience, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple payrolls for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Support international processing with internal and external partners
Approve transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations
Distribute workloads and resolve complex payroll issues
Coach administrators and support implementation transitions
Requirements:
Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation required
Minimum five years of progressive payroll experience
Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
Knowledge of unionized payroll and collective agreements
Microsoft Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
Bring international payroll leadership, compliance knowledge, and analytical Excel capability to EllisDon’s multi-payroll operations and implementation support.
