As SEO Manager, Multifamily, you lead search for multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story for clients. Your work spans organic results, AI search, and multi-location needs across several accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Own technical roadmaps for multifamily client accounts
Manage crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
Set keyword, on-page, and content priorities
Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Report performance and maintain quarterly client roadmaps
Requirements:
Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Multifamily or similar multi-location SEO experience is strongly preferred
Bring hands-on technical SEO, client strategy, and AI search knowledge to Blacksmith Agency’s multifamily accounts.
