Build local business relationships as a Territory Sales Representative with CFIB in Lethbridge, Alberta, using communication and independent territory management skills.
CFIB seeks a motivated Territory Sales Representative for its Alberta team. You will meet small and medium-sized business owners, understand their needs, present CFIB solutions, and grow an assigned territory. The role includes field-based selling, relationship building, and a proven sales process supported by coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an assigned Lethbridge sales territory
Meet small and medium-sized business owners
Present CFIB solutions delivering value, savings, and support
Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and networking
Build long-term member relationships and follow sales processes
Requirements:
One to three years of sales or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and trust-building skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Comfort with field-based work and ongoing coaching
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Apply your communication, prospecting, and relationship-building strengths while managing CFIB’s Lethbridge territory independently.
