Refrigeration Field Service Technician

Use refrigeration expertise to commission, service, and repair Waterloop systems while supporting customers across Canada and the USA.
This Service Technician position suits professionals with Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechatronics, or similar technical backgrounds. You will diagnose failures, optimize system performance, and provide practical on-site solutions. The work involves independent travel and collaboration with an international team of experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Commission advanced refrigeration and Waterloop systems
Service and repair cooling systems
Diagnose issues and troubleshoot failures
Upgrade systems and improve performance
Support customers on-site with technical expertise
Requirements:

Background in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechatronics, or similar
Field service experience is advantageous
Comfortable travelling and working independently
Strong problem-solving and customer-first approach
Valid driver's license and good English skills
Bring hands-on technical ability, customer-focused problem-solving, and refrigeration knowledge to service Waterloop systems across North America.
