Senior Living Dietary Aide

Serve appealing meals at AgeCare as a Dietary Aide, supporting residents through courteous service and organized dining preparation. Help create welcoming mealtimes.
Reporting to the Director or Dietary Manager, you will support setup, preparation, serving, and cleanup for meal services. Your duties include preparing beverages, salads, and desserts, delivering trays, and maintaining kitchen and dining cleanliness. You will also assist with catering, theme events, employee orientation, and safe procedures. Previous food service or seniors’ experience is preferred, while excellent customer service remains essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals professionally and courteously to residents and guests
Prepare beverages, salads, desserts, and other service items
Set, clear, and deliver dining tables and trays
Clean dishware, cutlery, kitchen, and dining areas
Support catering, events, orientation, and employee training
Requirements:
Required Food Handler's Certificate
Food Service Worker Training Program enrollment or completion
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift hot, heavy items and stand or walk
Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Record Check
Support dignified senior dining at AgeCare with food service, customer care, safety, and dependable meal-service skills.
