Lead Sunglass Hut store performance through sales, coaching, and merchandising while supporting customer relationships on the sales floor. Develop associates and execute brand standards daily.
The Assistant Manager I partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager across daily retail functions. You will use company tools, reporting insights, business acumen, and product knowledge to deliver sales plans and company objectives. The role also supports talent acquisition, retail excellence, operational policies, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Use company tools to deliver sales plans
Coach associates and support their growth
Identify performance gaps through reporting tools
Conduct interviews with the Store Manager
Maintain merchandising and brand standards
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience
Expertise in every aspect of store operation
Detail-oriented approach to retail execution
Previous leadership experience of one year preferred
Bring sales leadership, associate coaching, merchandising, and operational expertise to Sunglass Hut's store leadership team.
