Turn ingredients into guest-ready meals at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler through precise preparation, plating, and station organization. Work onsite in Whistler, British Columbia.
This full-time permanent Cook 1 position supports hotel kitchens serving guests across menus, In Room Dining, banquets, and buffets. You will prepare special meals for allergies or food intolerances, communicate timing with cooks, and help maintain food, supply, and equipment records. The position requires passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
Plate items received through the computer system accurately
Prepare special meals for allergies or food intolerances
Communicate timing with other cooks during service
Maintain food, supply, and equipment inventory records
Requirements:
Two or more years of culinary experience
Passion for food and attention to detail
Excellent knife skills and cleanliness
Strong English language command
Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
