Industrial Millwright Emergency Response Technician

Maintain production equipment as an Industrial Millwright with Cameco in Port Hope, supporting mechanical repairs and emergency response. This is a 12-hour continental shift position.
As part of the maintenance department at Cameco’s Port Hope conversion facility, you will maintain and repair mechanical production equipment throughout a continuous processing facility. You will support a team of different trades serving a 24/7 uranium production facility. The role includes training as an Emergency Response Team member and requires NFPA certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain production equipment throughout the continuous processing facility
Complete mechanical repairs on production equipment
Support trades teams within the uranium production facility
Train for Emergency Response Team responsibilities
Work scheduled 12-hour continental shifts
Requirements:
Provincial industrial millwright certification
Completed four-year industrial mechanic apprenticeship
Five years of industrial or technical experience
Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
Trade-related tools and clear background check
