Build AI-driven legal workflows as a Legal Operations Associate, using low-code tools and precise filing management in a small team.
Reporting to the Legal Counsel, this hands-on role combines entity filings, audits, and deadline-driven legal operations. You will replace manual work with automations, support first-pass research, and help spot trademark misuse. The work also includes reviewing Jerry product features with Engineering and Product across consumer protection, insurance, and product design.
Key Responsibilities:
Track entity filings, deadlines, and audit requirements
Build low-code workflows for repeated legal tasks
Support first-pass legal research through automation
Identify potential trademark misuse
Review Jerry product features with Engineering and Product
Requirements:
Organized and accurate approach to legal operations
Ability to teach yourself new tools quickly
Experience building a time-saving tool or process
Careful filing and deadline tracking
Comfort with low-code tools and root cause problem solving
