The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse for its Acute Care department. This 0.70 FTE clinical position delivers nursing care under established standards, policies, and procedures. Charge assignments include clinical leadership for HCAs, Unit Clerks, LPNs, and Registered Nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
Monitor patients during conscious sedation procedures
Provide clinical leadership when assigned charge responsibilities
Practice according to professional standards and applicable legislation
Support the Authority’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements:
Active or eligible Manitoba registered nursing licensure
Current Basic Life Support training
At least one year of recent acute care experience
Clinical nursing competence, critical thinking, and sound decision-making
Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Use acute care expertise, clinical leadership, and conscious sedation monitoring skills as a Registered Nurse in Beausejour.
