ALDO Group Retail Store Manager

Lead ALDO Group store performance through sales leadership and team development while creating a welcoming, on-brand customer experience.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager drives sales, profitability, and overall performance. You lead daily operations, coach and develop the team, and maintain accountability. The role combines fashion-focused presentation with customer-first service across channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and exceed targets through brand initiatives
Coach, train, and develop team performance
Manage scheduling for efficient store operations
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of retail or service management experience
Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
Natural leadership ability and growth mindset
Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
