Mechanical Facilities Engineer Static Site
Mitie
Mechanical Facilities Engineer maintaining plumbing, ventilation, heating, cooling, and water assets across a stable static site. Deliver accurate reporting and responsive client service.
This Mitie position suits an engineer experienced in maintenance or facilities management environments. You will support building compliance and efficient operation through planned and reactive work on AHUs, extract and intake systems, FCUs, thermal wheels, booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters. IT reporting and safe working are central.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical installations
Service AHUs, extract and intake ventilation systems
Maintain FCUs, thermal wheels, and water assets
Record defects, inspections, documentation, and remedial logs accurately
Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
Relevant City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent
Experience within maintenance or facilities management
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
Comfort using mobile devices and IT workflows
Willingness to obtain MET Police SC Clearance
Bring mechanical systems knowledge, documentation accuracy, and client communication to Mitie’s static facilities maintenance service.
