HVAC Building Solutions Coordinator

Coordinate HVAC Building Solutions projects at Johnson Controls through submittal tracking, scheduling, material coordination, and project administration. Support major installations alongside project leaders.
This HVAC Project Coordinator supports the Installation Contract Business and works with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Regional Management. The work combines construction coordination, technical administration, subcontractor coordination, project schedules, and change documentation. Johnson Controls delivers building systems serving data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and higher education.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project submittals and identify compliance issues
Record meeting minutes and distribute them appropriately
Gather site instructions, variations, directives, and field changes
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project resources
Create MS Project and lookahead schedules
Requirements:
University degree plus one year suggested similar experience
Construction experience in electrical or mechanical fields
Project coordination or construction management experience
Valid Full G license, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
Proficiency with Word, Excel, SharePoint, and business applications
