Assistance Services Group seeks a Registered Nurse supporting English- and French-speaking patients by telephone. You will assess symptoms, document cases, and provide healthcare advice for headaches, chest pain, injuries, and mental health issues. The role includes a six-week full-time training program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone tele-triage for varied patient conditions
Assess symptoms using clinical solution software
Document patient cases accurately
Provide healthcare advice while following safety protocols
Support patients during 24/7 operations
Requirements:
Nursing degree or diploma with one year post-registration experience
Registration with NANB and your province
English and French proficiency for assigned patients
Strong communication, triage, critical thinking, and computer skills
Quiet home office, high-speed internet, and required equipment setup
