As a seasoned, sales-driven Insurance Specialist, you will support Direct Insurance through strong sales execution and personal lines underwriting. You will quote, underwrite, and sell policies while pursuing conversion, retention, and sales targets. The position also includes technical guidance for junior team members and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Quote, underwrite, and sell Home and Auto insurance policies
Exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metrics
Apply underwriting judgment within delegated authority
Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Provide technical underwriting guidance to junior team members
Requirements:

College diploma or university degree
OTL license required, with training provided
Demonstrated record of exceeding sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Insurance sales, service, or underwriting experience is an asset
