The Maintenance role performs interior and exterior upkeep across the property. Daily work protects tenants and customers through safe operations, equipment care, and responsive service. Practical problem solving, communication, and maintenance experience support consistent property standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform internal and external property maintenance and repairs
Inspect equipment daily or weekly for proper working order
Maintain HVAC controls and complete necessary repairs
Respond to tenant concerns and solve problems
Follow health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements:

High school education or equivalent
At least two years of general maintenance experience
Commercial, retail, or industrial maintenance experience
Valid driver's license
Plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, or carpentry skills are assets
Apply practical judgment, equipment inspection, HVAC maintenance, and repair skills to support Cadillac Fairview property operations.
