Campaign investment and media negotiation define this Buyer, Investment opportunity with Initiative. Support accurate purchases, schedules, revisions, and reporting across client campaigns.
Working within an integrated media investment team, you will negotiate with sales representatives and purchase media against defined parameters. You will also address market concerns, timing, attribution, billing discrepancies, budget control reports, and execution variations. The position supports media planning teams and senior buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Request campaign submissions from media partners
Address market concerns, timing, and brand attribution
Clear billing discrepancies and manage budget control reports
Execute revisions to media buys and advise teams
Assist sponsorship evaluations, cost analyses, and recommendations
Requirements:
Proven media buying experience at associate level
Client service orientation and effective negotiation ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate independently and proactively solve problems
Bring media investment, financial accuracy, negotiation, and client service skills to Initiative’s integrated campaign buying work.
