Lead retail execution through coaching and merchandising as an Assistant Manager with JYSK Canada, supporting customer promises and sales goals.
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the store management team by modeling company values, coaching colleagues, and delivering high-quality instruction. You will help implement sales and merchandising plans, promote an engaged team culture, and manage priorities as they change. The position includes customer service and retail management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Model company values and customer promises in store
Coach colleagues and provide high-quality instruction
Support sales and merchandising plan implementation
Assist loss prevention strategies and investigations
Deliver department sales budgets and goals
Requirements:
Two years of retail management and customer service experience
Strong leadership skills and positive personality
Ability to work in rapidly changing environments
Flexibility for evenings and weekends as required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Support JYSK Canada store leadership with coaching, merchandising, loss prevention, and department sales performance responsibilities.
