CIBC Costco Banking Representative

Deliver client-focused banking at CIBC’s Costco kiosk in Surrey, using sales and conversation skills to uncover financial needs. This is an on-site, full-time role.
As a Mobile Financial Services Representative, you will support Personal and Business Banking through client engagement, account sales, and referrals. You will complete Chequing and Savings account sales while explaining other products within the agreed Costco product mix. The role also involves digital banking guidance, accurate documentation, and confidential service. Success requires experience in sales and service, strong interpersonal communication, and comfort in a self-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage Costco members to understand immediate financial needs
Identify opportunities addressing longer-term financial goals
Complete Chequing and Savings account sales
Refer non-deposit advice to Banking Centre colleagues
Promote Mobile and Online banking options
Requirements:
Experience in a sales and service environment
Financial or client service industry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and conversation skills
Comfort working independently in a self-managed environment
Availability for rotational shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
