Retail Operations Assistant Manager

Shape daily retail operations at Under Armour Marche Centrale through payroll management, merchandising direction, and strategic sales analysis.
As a full-time Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead a customer-focused store and support the business plan. Responsibilities include making real-time decisions from sales trends, maximizing productivity through schedules, monitoring loss prevention compliance, and communicating priority issues. You will also oversee key business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Make strategic decisions from daily sales trends
Adjust payroll and schedules to maximize productivity
Monitor loss prevention audits and compliance
Lead ownership across Talent, Visuals, and Operations
Communicate priority issues and collaborate on solutions
Requirements:
One year of retail environment experience
High school degree or equivalent
Fluency in the local language required
Willingness to learn hand-held and mobile technology
Ability to lift cartons up to 25 pounds or 12 kilograms
Use operational judgment, productivity planning, and compliance awareness to support Under Armour’s Marche Centrale retail performance.
