Building Services Maintenance Manager

This working manager leads environmental services across housekeeping and maintenance support. You will take a proactive approach to equipment reliability, building condition, safety, and ongoing repairs. Collaboration with the Executive Director and residence leadership team supports resident satisfaction and a positive living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee essential housekeeping and maintenance support
Complete environmental tasks and repairs as required
Monitor equipment performance and ongoing maintenance needs
Ensure safe physical conditions for residents, employees, and guests
Maintain residence standards reflecting the overall brand
Requirements:
Three or more years environmental services or maintenance experience
Building systems knowledge including HVAC and emergency systems
Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance knowledge preferred
PPE and IPAC protocol knowledge
JHSC and working-at-heights certification or willingness to obtain
Use your building services experience, repair capability, and safety knowledge to maintain Cogir’s retirement community environment.
