Parking Operations Supervisor Victoria General

Lead parking operations at Indigo Park’s Victoria General site, using team leadership and equipment troubleshooting across daily site activities.
This Supervisor position oversees parking lots, staff schedules, and on-site service delivery. You will direct location staff, support peak periods, and maintain operational standards. The work includes administration, cash-handling procedures, staff training, and communication with the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall parking operations at the Victoria General site
Oversee daily parking lot activities and equipment performance
Manage schedules and assist field staff during peak periods
Coach staff, assign work, and direct location activities
Enforce parking policies and address operational inefficiencies
Requirements:
At least three years in supervision or leadership
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative background with Microsoft Office experience preferred
Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required
Reliable transportation and minor equipment troubleshooting ability
Support Indigo Park’s Victoria General operations through leadership, staff coaching, equipment checks, and consistent parking service.
