Deliver investment planning and customer advice with BMO at 101 Crowfoot Way NW, using needs-based assessments and managed products.
As an Investment Specialist, you will provide financial and investment planning advice aligned with customer goals. You will sell mutual funds, retirement savings plans, and similar products while referring additional needs to partners. The position emphasizes relationship building, business development, and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate investment solutions
Sell managed products and services aligned with customer goals
Generate appointments through outreach and community relationship building
Identify referrals for personal and commercial banking products
Support sales targets, transactions, and customer experience
Requirements:
Two to three years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
Working toward Financial Planner licensing and registration requirements
Good financial industry knowledge and specialized knowledge
Good communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills
Apply investment planning, managed product sales, and customer relationship skills while developing toward BMO Financial Planner accreditation.
