Store Operations Assistant Manager Walmart

Manage Walmart store operations in Drayton Valley with operational planning, compliance oversight, and clear direction for Managers and Associates.
This Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager while coordinating operational plans and store standards. You will prioritize work, delegate responsibilities, implement programs, and evaluate results for the assigned Front End area. The role also requires cross-training across store areas when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Create operational plans with the Store Management Team
Prioritize tasks, delegate assignments, and provide clear direction
Implement store programs and evaluate their effectiveness
Ensure compliance with safety, security, sales, and records procedures
Lead meetings, develop Associates, and recognize accomplishments
Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to work within Company policies and guidelines
Ability to analyze sales and financial reports
Ability to train and develop Associates
Ability to provide timely, honest, respectful feedback
Use operational planning, compliance knowledge, and associate development skills to support Walmart store performance in Drayton Valley.
