Strategic financial planning leadership at O2E Brands requires executive presence, business acumen, and technology-enabled FP&A modernization. This is a hybrid role across Vancouver, Toronto, and Kansas City Junktion Hubs.
The Vice President, FP&A partners with the CFO and advises senior leaders across a complex franchise system. The leader modernizes FP&A for a Product Operating Model through planning, forecasting, scenario thinking, and investment governance. The role also develops a tactical FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise the CFO on decisions, risks, options, and trade-offs
Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-term modeling
Modernize FP&A around product cycles and value streams
Build standardized KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
Lead, coach, and elevate the FP&A team
Requirements:

Experience leading FP&A in complex environments
Strategic partnership experience with a CFO or senior executive
Understanding of Product Operating Model planning concepts
Financial modeling and scenario planning expertise in Excel or Sheets
Experience with Cube, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau
Shape enterprise decisions through financial modeling, forecasting, investment governance, and modern FP&A leadership at O2E Brands.
