Senior SAP Program Manager

Lead complex SAP programs across the Northeast-Canada Market Unit, using rigorous planning, executive alignment, and agentic AI practice. Own delivery from mobilization through close.
As a Senior Project Manager, you govern complex, multi-workstream programs at scale. You manage quality, cost, delivery, stakeholder conflicts, and business value realization. Your work includes SAP delivery tools, Agile methods, and building project management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, scope definition, execution, and successful program handover
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews
Resolve escalations, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder conflicts
Manage budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery milestones
Mentor junior project managers and raise delivery standards
Requirements:
Experience delivering complex programs at scale
Project management certification through PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
Hands-on agentic AI practice and output quality evaluation
Senior executive stakeholder engagement and accountability experience
Knowledge of SAP ALM, Integrated Toolchain, and Agile methods
Bring SAP program governance, executive communication, financial ownership, and AI-assisted automation experience to complex customer delivery.
