Marketing Associate
Own the campaigns that bring buyers in. You will plan and launch project marketing, write and send email, and keep the message lined up with what the sales desk is actually offering.

What you'll do
Plan and run campaigns for pre-construction projects and the Fahad Sells brand
Write and send email to buyers, past inquiries, and new leads
Build offers for the site: price lists, floor plans, and project pages
Prepare ad creative and copy, and keep the contact list clean
Report what each campaign produced: leads, replies, and spend
Work with the inside sales desk and agents so the message matches the homes they are selling
Hands-on experience running email campaigns
Experience with at least one other channel: paid social, content, or landing pages
You can write clear, plain copy
Comfortable in a spreadsheet and a CRM
Real estate marketing experience is useful, not required
Able to work from the Mississauga office
