Insight Global seeks an experienced analyst supporting KYC modernization and new technology solutions. You will partner with KYC stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and delivery teams. The work spans current-state analysis, future-state design, business validation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with KYC and technical delivery stakeholders
Analyze current-state and future-state processes
Identify solution gaps and required changes
Coordinate business validation and UAT sign-off
Communicate risks, dependencies, decisions, and requirement changes
Requirements:

Five or more years of Business Analyst experience
Commercial Banking and KYC/AML knowledge
Experience with modernization or net-new applications
Excellent technical requirements and documentation skills
Ability to work closely with architects, developers, and QA
Bring Commercial Banking knowledge, KYC expertise, process analysis, and stakeholder coordination to modernization and application delivery.
