Support patients through community pharmacy nursing, blood sampling, and health assessment. Serve customers locally while working with the pharmacy team.
As a nurse in a Shoppers Drug Mart store, you will welcome patients professionally and provide caring service. Your responsibilities include assessing health status, offering appropriate vaccines, supporting chronic-condition services, and teaching device use. You will also help develop the nursing service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients professionally and compassionately
Assess health status and vaccination needs
Identify vaccines based on travel destinations
Support hypertension and diabetes-related services
Instruct patients on glucose and blood pressure devices
Requirements:
Be a Québec nursing order member
Hold a nursing DCS or bachelor's degree
Know the Québec immunization protocol
Understand travel health
Use patient assessment, vaccination knowledge, and device instruction skills to strengthen nursing care within a Shoppers Drug Mart store.
