This regular full-time position supports an evolving municipal technology environment. Reporting to the Manager ICT Infrastructure, you will maintain physical, virtual, and hybrid cloud systems. The work emphasizes Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, hybrid governance, and dependable operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure day to day
Administer endpoint compliance through Microsoft Intune
Oversee Azure Arc and Azure Update Manager governance
Perform patching, backups, and disaster recovery support
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent training and experience
Minimum five years administering cloud environments
Experience with hybrid infrastructure management tools
Windows Server or Linux administration experience
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Bring Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, hybrid governance, and incident troubleshooting skills to Coquitlam’s technology modernization work.
