National Accounts Claims Manager
ClaimsPro LP
Manage national claims accounts with ClaimsPro LP in hybrid Markham, Ontario, using claims leadership and client relationship skills. Support commercial and personal lines clients.
This Account Manager works with the National Accounts Leadership team to deliver effective claims management solutions. The position oversees automobile, property, and general liability portfolios while coordinating stakeholders, service agreements, and handling guidelines. It also supports performance, quality, and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage automobile, property, and general liability account portfolios
Establish client-specific Best Handling Practices
Maintain service agreements and claims handling guidelines
Conduct stewardship and client-facing meetings
Monitor abeyance, billings, response times, and receivables
Requirements:
University degree and/or CIP or FCIP designation
At least seven years of Property and Casualty claims experience
At least five years of supervisory experience
Ontario licensing or ability to obtain required provincial licenses
Strong communication, organizational, computer, and negotiation skills
