This specialist partners with Product Operations and Product leaders to improve execution consistency and organizational scale. The work spans process design, tooling, automation, dashboards, metrics, and data quality. Cross-functional collaboration supports product planning, delivery, validation, releases, and informed leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate execution findings into scalable process improvements
Optimize planning tools, workflows, integrations, and automation
Establish metrics, dashboards, and program reporting mechanisms
Support cross-functional alignment for strategic initiatives
Standardize product execution practices and operating standards
Requirements:
Five or more years of progressive relevant experience
Experience designing scalable processes and governance practices
Modern product development and delivery knowledge
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with planning, reporting, and automation tools
Use process analysis, operational metrics, and workflow automation to improve product delivery consistency and transparency at Kinaxis.
