Senior Game Producer Montreal

Lead AAA game production in Montreal with Skeleton Key, managing schedules, dependencies, capacity, and blockers across development teams.
As Senior Producer, you will report to the Studio GM and oversee production for one or more multidisciplinary teams. You will coordinate deliverables, improve workflows, and support the Montreal studio’s daily operations. The work spans planning, communication, metrics, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

Own production schedules covering features, assets, and content deliverables
Track dependencies and content through multiple development pipelines
Remove blockers and guide teams toward practical solutions
Coordinate Montreal operations with HR, IT, and administration
Track velocity, project health, and progress toward goals
Requirements:

Five or more years in multidisciplinary AAA game development
At least one shipped AAA title
Experience across game development from concept through launch
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and adaptable methodologies
Planning, documentation, presentation tools, and Jira experience
Bring AAA production leadership, workflow coordination, and operational partnership to Skeleton Key’s growing Montreal studio team.
