Coordinate agile application delivery with project managers and Scrum teams, using strong leadership and hands-on solution-oriented judgment.
As Application Delivery Lead, you will work on small to mid-sized IT projects for a major Quebec financial institution. You will coordinate the application side from planning through production release. Your collaboration spans IT contributors, the project manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master in a cross-functional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate application deliverables from planning onward
Monitor dependencies, risks, and delivery status
Work with the project manager, PO, and Scrum Master
Identify blockers before they affect delivery
Communicate project progress consistently
Requirements:
Six or more years of IT experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Large-project experience in agile environments
Delivery coordination or deliverables management background
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Use agile coordination, clear reporting, and practical problem solving to manage application deliverables across Montreal IT projects.
