Support estate settlement customers nationwide from Mississauga, combining attentive listening, documentation review, and customer-focused banking guidance.
This Estate Specialist position contributes to Scotiabank’s Estate Centre of Excellence and serves domestic branches and customers. You will discover customer needs, provide process advice, review documentation, and identify referral opportunities for partners. The position also supports complaints, escalations, and customer experience improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion customer-focused estate settlement support
Discover needs and identify business development referrals
Review documentation and action correction requests
Support referrals and escalations from executives and partners
Balance customer requests with risk and policy requirements
Requirements:
Post-secondary education
Knowledge of registered and non-registered accounts
Knowledge of mutual funds and retail deposit products
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Bring customer service, estate settlement, banking product knowledge, and communication skills to Scotiabank’s Estate Centre of Excellence.
