B2B Order Processing Specialist

Support B2B customers and distributors at Blackline Safety through precise order processing, professional communication, and disciplined follow-up. Manage multiple priorities while keeping information accurate.
This Order Management Representative position centers on translating customer and commercial requirements into complete sales orders. You will interpret purchase orders, quotations, contracts, pricing, and shipping details while maintaining records across business applications. Your work helps internal teams and customers move orders forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Review purchase orders and requests for completeness and accuracy
Translate requirements into sales orders within business systems
Manage lifecycle changes and communicate documented updates
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on order alignment
Provide customers and distributors with clear process guidance
Requirements:
Two or more years in order processing, sales operations, or O2C
Experience supporting customers, channel partners, or technology products
Ability to interpret commercial and contractual documentation
Comfort learning and using multiple business applications
Understanding of multiple products, order types, or commercial requirements
Use careful order processing, commercial-document interpretation, and B2B communication to support dependable customer experiences at Blackline Safety.
