As Infield Team Excellence Capabilities Manager, you will empower AbbVie’s infield teams with tools, insights, and processes. The position supports healthcare professional engagement and patient care through collaboration. It focuses on CRM leadership, field execution, project management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert for Veeva CRM
Manage CRM system design, testing, and deployment
Lead onboarding and training for infield teams
Coordinate rollouts, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Design dashboards and deliver actionable leadership insights
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field
Three to five years in CRM management or field operations
Experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
Hands-on Veeva CRM platform experience
Advanced English skills for international collaboration
