Shape globally consistent fleet training at CAE through aircraft systems expertise, curriculum ownership, and clear technical guidance for instructors.
As Global Program Lead, you own technical direction for assigned aircraft programs within CAE’s global training network. You will lead standardization meetings, maintain approved training content, and assess changes affecting curricula, checks, examinations, and devices. Collaboration with Training Managers and Lead Instructors supports consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead quarterly fleet standardization meetings
Provide technical leadership for fleet curricula
Assess simulator and training device changes
Support instructor readiness with briefings and job aids
Drive improvement using feedback and performance data
Requirements:

Global standardization experience with curricula, checks, and examinations
Ability to explain technical information clearly
Ability to coach instructors effectively
Experience collaborating with OEMs, regulators, and customers
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Bring fleet training ownership, instructor enablement, and technical communication skills to CAE’s worldwide standardization network.
